The LAS Marriott is not charging an amenity fee or charging for parking. While it doesn't have an exec lounge, it does offer a full robust breakfast buffet for Gold/Plats. So if someone is going off the strip, the Marriott is now (IMO) better value than the Ren.

Renaissancelasvegas.com still lists free parking, but the property page from Marriott.com quotes the $35 charge for parking (which I'm sure is correct). I would be raising hell if I booked a stay there, only for them to institute those outrageous parking and "amenity" charges.
