Received this info:
"The Renaissance is currently on its own in charging the Destination Amenity Fee of $20.99. I’m not sure what it includes yet. They are also charging $35 for self-parking and $45 for valet. As you know all of the hotels on the strip are charging for parking now."
The LAS Marriott is not charging an amenity fee or charging for parking. While it doesn't have an exec lounge, it does offer a full robust breakfast buffet for Gold/Plats. So if someone is going off the strip, the Marriott is now (IMO) better value than the Ren.
