Business Class check-in doesn't even exist and there are bags blocking access to the counters. Bag drop-off is even worse.

Finally a nice agent opened a line and asked for biz class.

I am recovering in the meh contract PPL which CX may send its pax to but is now filled with a gaggle of Air Transat people who are heading to a wedding in DUB.

Where's my drink.......
Is this new? When I flew after Chinese New Year, CX still maintain their own check-in area at the end of T3 in YYZ. The situation sounds very bad per your description.
