Hi all

Just heard from a colleague I'm due to meet in Hangzhou tomorrow that he has been denied boarding.

He has an onward ticket to Taipei from a designated airport in the program within the 144 hrs and holds a uk passport

On doing a bit of digging it seems this is an issue with Qatar and other airlines where they don't actually know the rules

Anyone else come across this scenario?

I'm assuming if they've screwed up they need to get him on a code share so he can get to destination on time?
