Mrs Boyfrombiot and I used the new First Wing yesterday afternoon for the first time and it was a dream. I didn't time the difference but we estimated a saving of 10-15 minutes (especially good as Mrs Boyfrombiot uses a wheelchair and the less hassle with security and lifts makes the departure a lot more pleasurable for her).
