On the internal AA flights, you may find it worth paying for AA "First" - sometimes it can be a surprisingly small amount extra, for a much bigger and more comfortable seat on a longer flight such as LAS to DCA.

On all the AA flights, make sure you select seats using your BA Silver status, and if "Main Cabin Extra" or exit row is available, take it.
Yes 380 to SIN. Flown in Club plenty of times but this will be my first in First.

Re AA legs I have gone in and have chosen emergency seats on each flight. Presumably better leg room than main cabin extra seats? Re upgrade - is this only possible on the day or by calling up AA? Looking online I cannot see how to upgrade. Definetly considering it for the trans con leg. I have read AA Elites do not get lounge access on domestic flights but if on BA status you do?
