From the initial info published by Airbus, it looks unlikely. The route is just over 9,000 nautical miles. Airbus says that the 350-1000's range is 7,950; although presumably this could increase if the load is lightened.

The route is 7800 nautical miles so on the edge of the A359 being able to operate the route but the 77L is better suited.
