I actually was going to start a new thread with my question but it's actually about this exact route, specifically CX 564. What happens when it stops at Taipei- does the plane just land and reach the gate, but the passengers stay inside? Or are the passengers free to deplane and re-plane? Haven't ever had such a stop before.

Would Cathay have meals for both segments HKG-TPE and TPE-FUK in economy or would I need business for that?
