Hello everyone,

We are planning a trip to LA this summer and need some FT advice. We will spend 2 weeks in California, and most of this time will be spent staying at Shutters on the Beach Santa Monica. (7-8 nights). I have a few questions for you guys:

-Is Casa Del Mar or Loews better for a family with a 4 year old? Better in general if we were not with our kid? How about Viceroy, Shangri-La or Fairmont. Beach access is crucial

-What is the best hotel in Santa Barbara these days?

- Any great hotels on the way from LA to San Fran? Big Sur, Santa Cruz etc?
