I've got an upcoming mileage run (DEN-MNL) and was looking at my reservation details and I noticed that I'm available for CPU on the GUM-MNL and MNL-GUM flights. Is that correct? If so, why/how? Isn't that considered an international flight, of which CPU doesn't apply? Or is it because the Philippines are considered part of Oceania, which does allow CPU? Where can I find a definition of what United considers to be Oceania?
