Ohhh, handy "loophole"! Didn't know that, but will bear it in mind the next time I fly eastwards! Cheers, all!

(Also, slightly relieved that it may not have made much difference to my Tokyo ticket. Not that the price from Qatar was by any means bad, but - you know - green-eyed envy and all that... :P )
