Dont waste your money, I purchased them and cannot recommend them.

When using them at home it muffles far away sounds but you still hear nearby sounds as well as your breathing, etc. In fact I think having aluminum ear plugs amplifies your breathing sound.

When I used them on JFK - HKG on CX J I wanted to see if they would help block the engine noise. I did not see any difference in blocking engine noise with these on & noise cancelling headphones and as compared to when I would have cheap ear plugs.
