BA gets the principle and has this, if you do a crazy amount of flying as you put it, AND more relevantly it is high enough fares. Earn enough TPs to become GGL and not only can you guest 2 people in to BA lounges you can also give your family members (including your kids) your Gold and Silver partner cards so that everyone has status.

What BA doesn't do is just allow every BA Gold or OWE to bring their entire family into the lounge when they travel.
