Which airline programme is best for families?

What I mean specifically is which airline programme allows one family member (usually dad) toe do a crazy amount of business travel (weekly for me) but then on the rare occasion they travel with their family (or even just 2 kids) can share the benefits.

In my particular case I really get no benefit from the BA programme. I fly every week into LCY which has No lounge or security queue- and when I went long haul this weekend with my two kids we had no lounge access (one guest only!) and now access to queue jumping.

I'm going to dump BA for next years weekly flights - not because of my weeklys but because they are embarrassingly poor on the occasional long flight with family.

Usually the only benefit of so much travel is the odd free holiday. Right now this only works for the hotel programmes (I have a lifetime of free hotels!).

Does any airline get the principle of sharing your tier advantages with family or kids?
