Thumbs down Smoking in the Main World Club
There is (1) one smoking designated room in the main world club at DTW.

The room is loaded with smokers (a lot of Asian Flights have a high number of smokers) during peak travel hours and the room reaks of Blue Smoke!

Yuck!
