Still not happening

Another update: it has been 15 calendar days since the request was first processed. The last time I contacted customer care,they had put in a rush request to accounting for the certificates to he issued. And that was on the 10th. Still nothing This is getting to be frustrating. I will call again tomorrow when customer care is open. Hopefully, they can provide a good explanation of why this taking soooo long
