Cancellation refund policy business class tickets
Hello,
I bought a ticket on LATAM later this year, going AKL - SYD but need to cancel and make the TT jump on a *A carrier instead.
Im searching for fare conditions to see if I'm elgible for a refund and if so, what my cancellation fee will be. When signed in to manage my booking I cant find the information,. Im located in Europe and the website sends me to a non translated Italian site.
Can you please help me ?
*Ticket bought directly on the LATAM website, so no codeshare or third parties involved.
* Paid for with VISA debit card
*Its a business class ticket, but I've had a lot of trouble finding out what booking fare class it is, and then search for cancellation fee and policy.

* Travel dates 6 months from now.
