I am considering PE on an itinerary that has intra-European connections: YVR-FRA-GVA. For FRA-GVA, the fare bucket shown is "Y".

Does this give me a chance to reserve a seat on the FRA-GVA in advance (without extra charge)? And would this fare allow access to preferred Y seats, like the exit row?
