There are no blackouts. Ad for the max stay, it says: FARE RULES TEXT TRAVEL FROM LAST STOPOVER MUST COMMENCE NO LATER THAN 12 MONTHS AFTER DEPARTURE FROM FARE ORIGIN.
I suppose that means that as long my returning flight is no later than 12 months after the departure I'm good to go, am I right?
