It is not just down but having all sorts of issues. First I was offered a birthday deal, then it said it was an error. I called and the first agent hung up on me because he did not believe me. I called back and the next agent looked into the situation and said I was the 3rd person he had talked to that day with the same issue. Today I found that I now have the birthday promo. However, my husband's account is a mess. He has not been given all his points for several stays. In one case, he was supposed to get 5000 bonus points and, while they showed, they did not actually post. Our stay in March is nowhere to be found and some Oct points just posted today! Calling Marriott is awful so I am thinking that they are messed up trying to merge and still keep up with their own side. As for us, I think we will trip on over to Hilton until Marriott gets its act together. SHAME!!!
