DHS, like any government bureacracy, will fight to maintain it's existence at all costs. I tend to believe we're stuck with it, which is why I just take it like a good Soviet Sheep should.
Exactly. While I certainly hold the Bush admin accountable for what has happened on its watch, I have zero expectation that anything will change if Kerry becomes President.
