- Breast of Corn-fed Chicken with tandoori sauce, basmati rice and sauteed spinach
- Filet of White Halibut with beurre blanc sauce, champagne risotto and grilled asparagus
- Seven Cheese Ravioli with sage butter and sauteed spinach
Anyone have thoughts on the braised beef cheeks vs. filet of white halibut? Pics? Thanks.
I had the Halibut last week and it was surprisingly good - both the fish and risotto were a little bland, but with the help of the salt and pepper shakers I was able to bring it to a level of flavor that I would be able to call quite good. The asparagus looked sad and overcooked but the fish was moist.
I would not hesitate to order it again.
