I mentioned expanded options in my review. As of the upcoming week, they have switched to eight menu choices, and no graying out. So essentially you have eight unhindered choices now.

Yes, they leave the boxes next to my front door. The driver will ring the doorbell and then immediately leave. Delivery time is surprisingly consistent though (they are using OnTrac here). Always between 1:45 and 2:15pm on Tuesday to my Los Angeles suburb home. Deliveries in California originate in Richmond, out in your neck of the woods, Roberta.
