Ok, I'm here at ICN. They really kept the window seats blocked until Airport checkin.

Tried calling several times, no luck. Set an alarm to check in at exactly 24 hours prior, still blocked. Kept checking throughout the day, still blocked. Checkin at the airport, "No problem Sir, which window seat would you like?"
