I'm not a catfish person typically, but we've loved the two catfish dishes we had thus far: The one with udon, and another with spicy rice and sauteed collard greens and shitake mushrooms. (Mr. CE claims not to like vegetables, then polished off the collard greens and has made it twice since.)
I think I went into this arrogantly assuming that these meal delivery services catered to average, mainstream tastes. I certainly wasn't expecting to get introduced to new ingredients (like the aforementioned smoked dulse), and now I'm left to wonder which of my local grocery stores sells pink lemons so we can make the zaatar chicken again. (Though I'd up the amount of zaatar next time -- is one of our favorite spice blends.)
