Air Canada does not properly warn customers who purchase low fares that they are at risk of being bumped.

All it takes is a confirmation screen that says Purchase of this fare class makes you more XX% more likely to be denied boarding . To reduce the likelihood of denied boarding to X%, you may purchase a different fare class and a seat . The customer either accepts or declines and then purchases the ticket.

ir Canada had best come up with a solution as the government will soon be imposing one. The public has had enough. The airline must behave in a more transparent manner.
