Sounds like a right pain!

I tried to update the account online but it wouldn't stick. Called the number on my Hilton Amex card and they can see the full address as I recited to them.

For those who did have to send the bank verification letter how long did it take to get the card in hand after submitting the address verification letter from the bank?
