This could be a system glitch.

2 or 3 weeks ago I requested a replacement card via chat because the chip no longer worked properly on my SPG biz card.

Card was UPS Two Day Air but UPS could not deliver it due to the address was missing our condo number, despite I gave the full address during the chat, and told the rep it was identical to the address in my profile.

Called AMEX to complain because I waited for 4 hours on that delivery only be told by UPS it could not be done and it was returned to AMEX.
Manager looked up the address in the profile, and lo and behold, the condo number was missing. YET, I opted for PAPER statement and I never missed any, including the Notices on changes.

She manually added back the condo number, ordered UPS Next Day Air and gave me 5K courtesy points when I complained about I had to scrap a dinner appointment to wait for the deivery.

So I am not the least surprised the address in AMEX system somehow got messed up. How could that happen, only God would know!
