The chances of recovering anything from Avianca are slim. You will do better submitting your hotel, food, and local taxi costs to your travel insurance carrier along with the specifics of the delay (which will likely include your PNR and ticket numbers).

Recovering for consequential losses such as rescheduled meetings are generally not covered by anybody.

You can always try submitting all of this to Avianca, but do not expect anything.
