I'd politely point out that you requested your UC before this change. Thus the terms are therefore what they where when you were issued them. Regardless a BM fare on KLM is likely more expensive then a Z fare. Have the agents try and book using all DL flight numbers. It can be done even on some KLM fares. Although some will only allow the DL coded flight for the TAIL.
