Customer service in IST remains not so good, but I've been in a few of their in-country offices over the past year - Manchester, Washington, Beijing, Taipei, Ho Chi Minh - and found the staff in all of them extremely good.
Changi itself is the best airport I've ever been in. But I'd still rather go to Istanbul and use the lounge there, to be honest.
Just like with the color of my TK M&S card, after a while, the novelty of the lounge wears off and you become desensitized, it is black and white. While I still appreciate the lounge and think it is very good, the most important thing I value is the fast-track access. I guess product fatigue sets in after a while.
Changi is airport nirvana for me after chaotic IST
