I decided to call again as it has now been more than 2 weeks and have a five figure airfare purchase in the next few days which the MRs would work nicely for! Was told the same story as before but they should be in touch within the next 3-5 working days for verification. I did ask if I could be transferred to the team to do the verification but was told there was no way to do that! *sigh* I just want to give you money!
