Does anyone know of an app or mobile website that lets you search for flight info by gate number?

eg) Just arrived in PHX on AA5909. We arrived early and were on the tarmac for a while (maybe 15 mins). I knew we were headed to B22 (from the AA app) but I couldn't find out what plane was occupying the gate and when it was scheduled/expected to leave.
