Looks like Avis have replaced their fleet of GTI Clubsports and Golf Rs with just the regular GTI. Their km allowance is still higher than all others', but the prices aren't what one would call low: about 500 Euro/week. But, I guess at an average of about 70 euro/day, that would still qualify as "low" - you just aren't getting as much as with some of the alternatives.
