I sincerely apologize for the lack of an adequate response to your concerns. I honestly do not know why your daughter was turned away from the hotel. As an Honor's member, you are able to use your points to make a reservation for someone other than yourself. You do not need to be present for the other person to use the booking as long as their name is added as an additional guest. I'm sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused you. Please know that the hotel has been notified of this policy.
