I highly recommend doing a BA ticketed, Aer Lingus Regional (Stobart Air), run on the ATR-72 as one of your qualifying flights - I'm sure I read on here that these were among the most turbulent flights one could expect to experience! (In my experience they've actually been fairly smooth, although I don't really mind a bit of turbulence)
