IMHO my experience to the OPs 8 points.

1. Never had a problem all were excellent at checkin and at HKG it is a dedicated area.

2. I've been escorted twice. Once ex-YVR thru security to boarding. Once ex-HKG the same to the lounge.

3. I thought F lounge in HKG was private to F only?

4. I agree boarding is horrendously a cattle call regardless of cabin or status, for many airlines including CX. Has made me become gate lice to board early. And as another post pointed out. I board first to enjoy butt in seat for as much as possible and to get settled at my leisure. I think all airlines should board F exclusively first by calling out each passengers name and personally escorting them to the boarding door at the jet bridge.

5. I would agree. I dont think the seat covers have held up well. And on my last ORD-HKG flight no flowers 🙁 Its the little things folks!

6. Food in general has gone down, since my first F flight in 2002 I think.

7. MEH! The average bottle of wine most anyone buys is $12 nationally in USA, so for me wine is wine regardless of price. Champagne however is another story. My stomach knows the cheap crap and Id prefer the high end bubbly over anything else AND a great port. Grahams twany not so great btw

8. Dedicated F toilet for sure would be nice. I've had to use J instead sometimes.

Crew - let me add that HKG based crews to me are the best. CX has hired US crews who are US based and the service and attentiveness IS lacking, IMHO.
