I called a number I found the MH site, assuming that it was a US number. The person on the other end of the poor quality connection was obviously Asian.
I was just hoping if there was a real US number or a email address rather than try to speak to someone at the 603 number
You called the MH GSA in the USA. They don't know anything, really !
You got a promo fare Z class fare. Most likely entirely nonrefundable including the taxes. When did you buy the ticket? Was it oneway? Was it on line?
Use Skype ... it only costs less than $2 to call and get this sorted.
