I swear I've had an ISM who was over 55 years old and pursers in F who were like 25
One of the biggest faults of CX F is the overhead light and being seated in row 2. If the person in row 1 leaves it on, it's so so SO bright in the corner of my eyes. The next iteration needs to get rid of it in place with stronger personal reading lamps.

Granted with all its shortcomings, CX F does get me from A to B extremely well rested and that's most important; I don't care if there's crappy catering and service, if I'm productive and well rested for the start of my trip then it meets my requirements. I can get true sleep upwards of 8 hours on CX F but even in CX J, it's more like 'napping' and even on a redeye I arrive groggy and still tired.
