From the video we've seen, it's unknown whether the Dr. knew everything about the situation, and it doesn't appear the Dr. was interested in finding out either.
Yeah, it's just FINE to force an overbook (that isn't a real overbook) for United employees. You just a paying customer? No force overbook for you when we deny you a flight!
