United personnel have made the following claims about Mr. Dao:

• He was belligerent
• He had to be removed by force by CPD and airport police
• He attempted to strike law enforcement

I have seen no evidence of belligerence or attempted assault on police by Mr. Dao; no evidence that the CPD was involved in his removal from the aircraft.

I have seen evidence of physical injury, including a possible head concussion (something which has now been confirmed) for which immediate medical aid was not provided, as it clearly should have been.
