No matter how you do this, since the form of payment will not be the same, you will have to book two separate reservations. If your son is under 16, you will not be able to book online, you will have to call reservations. It will also list him as UM and you will not be able to check in online. Not a biggie, you can cross reference the reservations so that you don't have to pay UM fees. You will just have to get BP at the airport.
