I just got a call from corporate today saying they received my CP card which I mailed in 4 weeks ago to exchange for four RR ticketless rewards and I would receive my rewards in my account tomorrow. So I would wait at least 4 weeks for a response. They must get a whole lot of mail or either have one person opening it!
