if the capacity is anything to do with security staff, it wouldn't surprise me - GLA security was absolutely heaving on Sunday at midday. The regular security was backed up from the conveyor belts all the way to the gates at the entrance to the security lanes. Thankfully, I had priority, as it's a loooong time since I've seen the queues at GLA like that and security was run off its feet.
