Very honest
After many years on the road it is important to enjoy your benefits and not abuse any generosity of the hotel.
As they add to all our costs over the months & years.
These costs add up greatly to the hotel on a daily basis.

For instance I no longer take soap and rarely take shampoo.
Unless it is something I really want .
If I feel highly satisfied in my relationship as I do with Hyatt it is important to me that they be able to keep Regency Clubs open.
As well as consistently deliver all the other Amenities we enjoy in or out of the program.
Another thing I will do is turn all or most the lights out when I leave the room
and turn the heat or AC off if it is at all possible.

Take care of the brands and the properties that take care of you !
And tip if you like their service.
The good staff/team members that deliver deserve our support
