Well at least be strict then and don't let me change it at the airport!

Having to queue at the airport every time to speak to someone to change my seats costs me time, costs the boarding agent time and costs other people in the queue time.

I've always ended up in the seat I wanted so far so all this is doing is causing unnecessary trouble.
