Flight Pass - can I get a refund on remaining credits?
Has anyone been successful in getting Air Canada to issue a refund for remaining credits on a flight pass?

I purposely purchased the Europe flight pass for travel to Istanbul.

Air Canada has eliminated that route, which renders my pass virtually useless.

Any suggestions? I called Air Canada and and they told me to send an email to Customer relations expressing my dissatisfaction.
