Sorry, I never did figure that out. I was just operating under the assumption that the max fare of 80 pesos is under $5, and shorter rides would be more like $1 to $3. As I was frequently back and forth between CSL and San Jose on my last trip, and had lots of local driving in San Jose that was 1 or 2 miles from the highway, I rented a car.
