I sent an email with screen shot of my IHG Platinum status, and also BW Diamond status, and Hilton Gold status.

Took 3 weeks before they responded to say they cannot read the screen shot, and asked me to provide the screen shot in jpeg files. I did, provided jpeg file attachments.

Then they came back to say they need proof of the dates. I told them forget it, I've never had so much trouble for status matching. The Choice status doesn't provide much and they are trying to be gate dragons.
