I purchased on line a Business Class Promotional ticket SIN-BKK for 379. and now need to cancel it. When I called the Number for MH, I was told to call 603 7843 3000 which I assume is Malaysia.
Is this the best number to call?
Any way to do this online?
Am I likely to get some money back after cancellation?
